I'm regularly subscribing then unsubscribing to podcasts thinking I have enough time to listen to them, only to then regret unsubcribing the next time I'm in the car and haven't updated my iPod in a while.
For some reason, I'm always searching for new ones, as if I even had time for new ones. I listen to most of them at work when I have the chance, and other times in the car when music just isn't what I'm looking for. I really can't remember the last time I actively turned the radio on to specifically listen to talk radio or to music.
I've pretty much been listening to podcasts ever since Apple added the feature directly into iTunes, and I just don't have enough time to listen to all the ones I like and all the new ones I think I'd like.
I guess that's better than my TV problem, which is that I only really look forward to two shows: The Office and Lost.
So apparently you can rent out your closet at storeatmyhouse.com. Am I the only one that thinks this is a frightening prospect?

Two years ago today, Dayna and I were hiking in Daly City just outside of San Bruno, CA. Today...working. :(
I think we need to strap the baby bjorn carrier on and go hiking.
Here's my new assistant, his name is Dwight Schrute, and he's the "assistant to the regional manager." His job will to be to advise me on all things paper. Actually he keeps yelling at me about downsizing and about how women have week arms.
He even has his own music video:
Actually, my wife got this bobblehead for me, she's a sweetie. I've never really had much in the way of "desk kitch."
So it's not every morning that your wife has to call the authorities to check to see if someone might be hiding in your gardening shed.
Here's the deal, I'm walking to work this morning and as I'm leaving, I look over in the back yard and see a shopping cart camped out behind our shed.
I tell Dayna and she calls and has some law enforcement come out to see if anyone is camping out in the shed. Three black and whites show up (one was a canine unit) and they had their dog "Rocky" sniff the area and then proceeded to open the shed, only to find no one there. I felt kind of bad calling them out and no one being inside, but one of the guys said he was happy because he had been in his patrol car since 6 this morning and hadn't got out yet. So, I'm happy that we were able to offer him a reason to stretch his legs. ;) They were all really nice. They told us if the guy turns up to give them a call.
No matter how bad your day is going, it's got to be a better than it is for the frog, right?
Flea markets usually fascinate, a disgust me and little bit...
Apparently, in Santa Cruz there is a very large demand for socks at their flea market. We saw table after table with hundreds of pairs of socks. I thought the socks seemed really random, but the Lucha libre masks seemed useful for backyard wrestling adventures, no? I didn't see any "stretchy pants" though.
"So you rode your bike here eh?" Guess it's going to be cold ride home.
